Responsibilities

• Programme Lead on the development of existing or new processes to enhance insight and understanding of the Volunteer Experience at RVS.
• Utilise automated and manual processes to obtain volunteer feedback, learning and insight to champion the volunteer point of view in decision making of teams and action plans
• Work closely with ESG colleagues, and wider as needed, to implement a new ‘Value of Volunteering’ Impact Framework
• Support relevant staff, and the wider charity as needed, to ensure best practice, guidance and processes is followed in relation to the volunteer journey and their responsibilities.
• Act as a point of escalation for volunteer issues, concerns or risks that require additional support for resolution.
• Undertake regular service and engagement visits to ensure the Volunteer Team is visible and accessible to stakeholders
• To advise on, monitor and maintain volunteer documentation and process resources.
• To work with the Volunteer Team, and wider charity as needed, to align processes so that learning is captured from all areas of the charity to ensure continuous development.
• To work closely with the Safeguarding Team on all safeguarding matters around volunteering to ensure the correct resolution has been reached.
• To assist with volunteer journey and experience work as required by line management
