Role Description
The Volunteer Project / Programme Manager will coordinate and oversee initiatives that support neurodivergent founders within the Neuro Voices community. This remote role involves planning and organizing programmes, defining project scopes and timelines, and ensuring tasks are completed according to agreed milestones. The manager will facilitate communication among volunteers, founders, and partners, maintain project documentation, and track outcomes to inform continuous improvement. They will also help design and refine community events, workshops, and resources, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission and the needs of members. As a volunteer position, the role offers flexible hours while expecting a consistent commitment to collaboration, reliability, and inclusive practices.

- Experience in project or programme management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation of meetings and clear documentation of plans and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build inclusive, respectful relationships and to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management software) and basic tech literacy.
- Interest in or lived experience with neurodiversity, inclusive entrepreneurship, or community-building is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in volunteer management, non-profit work, or community initiatives is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
