About This Role
Glebelands Primary Academy is seeking dedicated Community Members to join our Local Governing Body (LGB). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and community engagement to support our school and make a meaningful impact.
Our school is proud to be part of the Diamond Learning Partnership Trust (DLPT), a multi-academy trust committed to delivering outstanding education across all its schools. As a Community Member Of The LGB, You Will
- Support the school in delivering a high-quality education for all pupils.
- Monitor pupil progress and ensure children are reaching their full potential.
- Review the effective use of school resources.
- Participate in termly LGB meetings.
- Conduct formal school visits (with the Headteacher’s agreement) as part of LGB monitoring.
