Company Description

Think Malawi is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting educational projects in Malawi, including the award-winning Ganet’s Adventure School. Since its foundation in 2011, the organization has collaborated closely with local leaders to provide essential resources such as books, classrooms, a feeding program, water and sanitation facilities, and staff training. With the support of committed volunteers and donors, Think Malawi continues to empower communities by improving educational opportunities. The charity is sustained by a network of passionate trustees, volunteers, and supporters working together towards positive change in Malawi.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to grow our online presence, engage supporters, and help convert followers into donors and advocates. Working closely with our Marketing Team, you will help shape how we tell our story online and raise awareness of the impact our Malawian partners are making for girls’ education. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in digital marketing for the charity sector while making a genuine difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
