Role Description
The (Volunteer – UK Based) Strategic Executive Assistant role is a full-time remote position that supports senior leadership in advancing Abeyie Innovation UK’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including calendar management, document organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence, report writing, and presentation preparation.
- Proficiency with digital productivity tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, cloud-based document management).
- Research and analytical skills relevant to innovation, startups, or business ecosystems, including the ability to summarize findings clearly.
- Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Interpersonal skills that support collaboration with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness.
- Relevant experience in executive support, project coordination, or operations in an innovation, nonprofit, or startup environment is beneficial.
- A background in business, management, innovation, or a related field (formal education or equivalent experience) is advantageous.
