Baguley Athletic FC is growing fast, and we are looking for a talented Volunteer Web Designer & Developer to design, build, and maintain a brand-new website for our club.
Whether you’re an experienced developer looking to give back to local sport, or a talented student/freelancer building a portfolio with real-world impact, this is a great opportunity to take full ownership of a digital platform.
The Role
- Design & Build: Create a clean, modern, mobile-responsive website from scratch (WordPress, Webflow, SquareSpace, or custom code—your choice).
- Maintenance & Content Updates: Regularly update the site with fixtures, results, club news, squad profiles, and partner/sponsor features.
- Branding Integration: Ensure the site matches our club identity and presents a professional digital front door for players, supporters, and sponsors.
- SEO & Performance: Keep the site running fast, secure, and easily searchable online.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in web design and development (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, or modern web frameworks).
- Eye for UI/UX design and clean layouts.
- Good communication and reliability to handle periodic updates throughout the season.
- Passion for grassroots sport and community projects.
