How we use your information

The information you provide is processed by the European Affairs Societies Network (EASN) to coordinate the network, and may be shared with the EU Delegation to the United Kingdom and the Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) of the European Commission for EU-related events and public diplomacy. Where EU bodies process your data, this is done in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 on the protection of personal data, on the basis of your consent.

Your data is used only for the purposes described on this form, is accessible only to authorised EASN organisers and (where relevant) the EU Delegation and its contractors under confidentiality, and is kept no longer than necessary (typically up to 5 years). Nothing you submit is published unless you have given consent and an EASN administrator has approved it.
