The Benefits

  • Salary of £33,864 per annum
  • 25 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year up to 29 days and, after five years’ service, to 33 days
  • An extra day’s holiday to be taken one week either side of your birthday
  • Pension with employer contributions of 10%
  • Sick pay
  • Support towards healthcare costs, including eye tests and dental, and access to mental health support through counselling
  • Access to gym discounts
  • Interest-free season ticket loan

  • Staff arts club, including free entry to London galleries
  • Access to a range of high street and online discounts

You’ll have the chance to make a real difference to the people who give their time to support patients, staff and hospital communities, helping them feel more confident, connected and valued throughout their journey with us.

What’s more, you’ll join an organisation that offers a strong overall package, including hybrid working and a wide range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
