What You’ll Do
- Take customer enquiries and provide the best service
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Communicate clearly to customers and colleagues
- Be a team player to help deliver consistent, high-quality results
What You’ll Bring
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Confident communication and a great listener
- Experience working in a high volume brand would be beneficial
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
