VP / AVP Client Partner
Salary £100k - £130k tbc
Location London - Hybrid
Travel UK & European Travel Required (50%+)
We are partnering with a globally recognised insurance technology services client to appoint a commercially driven VP Partnerships, to lead and expand a strategic portfolio of key insurance accounts. This is a high-impact leadership role suited to a senior insurance executive with deep P&C market expertise, strong C-suite relationships, and a proven track record in scaling client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading complex technology-enabled transformation programmes. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value insurance clients, leading commercial strategy, client engagement, profitability, delivery governance, and long-term growth initiatives while identifying new commercial opportunities across MGAs, brokers, Insurers and Reinsurers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic insurance accounts across the UK market
- Build trusted executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify and convert new revenue opportunities across existing and prospective clients
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and strategic account planning
- Partner with delivery leadership to ensure high-quality client outcomes and scalable service capabilities
- Act as executive escalation points for portfolio accounts
- Drive profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial governance across engagements
- Represent the business at industry events and within the wider insurance market
- Champion customer experience initiatives including governance sessions, VOC programmes, and NPS engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to position differentiated technology and operational solutions

Requirements
- 10-15+ years’ specialist focus within insurance services /consultancy or insurance technology
- Recent career focused on senior Account Management rather than new business
- Deep expertise across the P&C insurance landscape
- Strong consultative sales capability with success closing enterprise-level deals
- Management of large-scale client engagements and complex delivery portfolios
- Strong existing network across insurers, reinsurers, brokers, underwriting agencies, or insurance technology providers
- BPO experience ideal
- Demonstrated experience leading transformational growth initiatives
- Commercially astute with ownership of significant revenue and P&L responsibility
- Based with easy access to London
