Vice President, Capital Solutions

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vice President to join a high-profile Capital Solutions team within a leading international banking institution. The successful candidate will structure, execute and manage complex capital solutions and securitisation transactions across EMEA, working closely with front office, risk, finance and external investors.

Description

As Vice President within the Capital Solutions team, you will play a key role in the structuring, development and execution of complex capital solutions, structured lending and securitisation transactions across EMEA.

It's a highly visible role in a lean team that works across multiple business lines, offering a mix of transaction execution, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the structuring and execution of capital solutions and structured finance transactions.
  • Managing transaction workstreams, approvals, documentation and stakeholder engagement from origination through to execution.
  • Supporting relationships with private credit funds, institutional investors and strategic partners.
  • Conducting profitability analysis, capital modelling and risk-return assessments to support transaction decisions.
  • Working closely with front office coverage teams, risk, legal, treasury, finance and operations to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Contributing to new product initiatives and the continued growth of the Capital Solutions platform.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and driving transactions through the full lifecycle.

Profile

The key requirement is somebody who has been involved in securitisation, structured finance, capital solutions or portfolio risk transfer transactions and enjoys structuring and executing complex deals - somebody who is commercially minded but also comfortable getting into the detail of transactions and modelling when required.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience executing structured transactions, securitisations or capital solutions initiatives.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory capital, credit risk and transaction structuring.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
