VP Commercial Finance - Customer Experience - £150-170k + bonus
Location: King's Cross, London (Hybrid)
Travel: Frequent travel to Paris (once a fortnight)
A global technology business is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner to support its Customer Experience leadership team.
This role sits at the centre of an exciting business transformation as the organisation continues to evolve from a predominantly hardware-led business towards a more balanced mix of hardware, software and services revenue. The successful candidate will partner senior leadership to help improve customer outcomes, accelerate growth in services and solutions, and drive commercial decision-making across the customer organisation.
This is a highly visible position suited to an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys influencing strategy, challenging stakeholders and helping shape business performance.

- Partner senior customer experience leaders on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Provide commercial insight and financial support across customer experience and post-sales functions.
- Support growth of software, services and recurring revenue streams.
- Evaluate initiatives focused on customer retention, service adoption and value creation.
- Develop robust business cases and investment appraisals.
- Analyse customer profitability, customer lifetime value and operational performance.
- Drive cost efficiency initiatives while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
- Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Challenge and influence senior non-finance stakeholders across the organisation.
- Develop KPIs and reporting to measure performance and track value creation.
- Help leadership teams understand the financial impact of strategic decisions and operational changes.

Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- 10+ years' progressive finance experience.
- Strong finance business partnering experience within a large, complex multinational organisation.
- Experience supporting senior commercial, operational or customer-facing stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge executive-level leaders.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate analysis into actionable business insight.
- Experience supporting transformation, growth initiatives or business model change.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating within a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Experience within technology, software, telecoms, payments or services businesses would be advantageous.
- MUST HAVE: Experience working with a customer services/experience team
