Vice President, Key Account Management — UK & Ireland
Newcastle Upon Tyne
Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week hub utilisation
£150,000 OTE | Uncapped commission
At Hubexo, you’ll shape how we grow our existing UK & Ireland customer base, with a seat on the UKI commercial leadership team and responsibility for a team of 11, including one manager.
You’ll take on a portfolio generating c.€3.8m in revenue. The target: at least 10% annual growth through expansion, upsell and cross-sell.
The potential is there. Your role is to turn it into a clear strategy, stronger customer relationships and consistent team performance.
What customers come to us for
Hubexo’s data, insight and software help construction businesses design, get products specified, and find and win work. Our customers include architects, specifiers, manufacturers, contractors and suppliers. You’ll connect their business needs with more of what our portfolio can offer.

What you’ll own
- Account growth strategy, expansion pipeline and net revenue retention, working closely with Customer Success, which owns renewals and retention.
- Team performance: coaching your manager and account managers, setting clear expectations and developing their capability.
- Senior customer relationships and complex enterprise deals, including global expansion with UKI-based customers.
- Reliable forecasting and account plans that turn customer insight into action.
What you’ll bring
You’ve grown a sizeable B2B customer portfolio through expansion and cross-sell. You’ve led through managers, raised team performance and stayed involved where your experience can help progress a significant deal.
You can build C-suite relationships, lead negotiations and use commercial data to make sound decisions.

Experience in SaaS, data, information services or another recurring-revenue business would be valuable. Construction experience is useful.
What you can expect
£150,000 on-target earnings with uncapped commission, plus 25 days’ holiday, the option to buy or sell up to five days, birthday leave, a volunteering day, pension with life assurance and health and wellbeing support.
You’ll report to the Commercial President, UK & Ireland. The role is based in Newcastle, with at least three office days per week and regular UK & Ireland customer travel. Our hiring process includes a commercial assessment before the interview.
