We're searching for a Hybrid VP, Commercial Operations to join our UKI Commercial team, so that we can drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment across the UKI business. The VP, Commercial Operations will lead and optimise end-to-end commercial operations across sales, marketing, customer success, pricing, finance and business operations, reporting to Paul Sanders, to help shape and execute go-to-market strategy and enable teams to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.
How You'll Spend Your Time
- Developing and leading the commercial operations strategy in alignment with UKI business objectives and growth priorities, whilst advising the UKI leadership team on commercial performance, revenue opportunities and market trends
- Leading sales operations, territory planning, forecasting and CRM strategy in order to improve pipeline visibility, discipline and deal conversion across the UKI commercial organisation
- Driving commercial governance across win room, deal desk, renewals and pricing processes to ensure clear decision rights, consistent standards and disciplined, value-based decision-making
- Supporting UKI renewals and escalations in partnership with customer-facing NHS teams and framework providers, in order to ensure timely resolution and strong customer retention outcomes
- Building, leading and developing a high-performing commercial operations team to foster collaboration, innovation, operational discipline and measurable contribution to UKI revenue growth

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
- 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, finance or related functions, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge on how to build and lead high-performing commercial teams in complex, matrixed organisations, translating analytical insight into business strategy
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, business intelligence tools and sales enablement technologies, alongside exceptional leadership, communication and influencing skills
- A Chartered or other Accountant qualification, with experience in healthcare and SaaS environments and an MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare and a knack for working collaboratively within a global, matrixed environment
