Your Role
In this role you will:
- Act as the senior Account Partner for one of Capgemini Invent's most strategic Consumer Products & Retail accounts, accountable for growth, client satisfaction and long-term account success.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives, shaping major business and transformation agendas.
- Own account performance, with responsibility for sales, revenue growth, profitability and delivery excellence.
- Develop and execute integrated account growth strategies, bringing together the full breadth of Invent and wider Capgemini capabilities.
- Identify, originate and convert new transformation opportunities across the client organisation.
- Sponsor and oversee the successful delivery of major programmes, ensuring tangible business outcomes and sustainable client value.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Invent and the broader Capgemini Group to solve complex client challenges.
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the Consumer Products & Retail team through thought leadership, people development and industry engagement.

- Business Development: Leading account growth, major pursuits, proposals and client relationships across strategic Consumer Products & Retail clients.

- Learning & Development: Continuing to develop your industry, consulting, leadership and technology expertise through training, certifications and on-the-job experience.
Your Profile
- Proven track record of leading and growing strategic client accounts within a leading consulting firm.
- Deep experience working with major Consumer Products and/or Retail organisations on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record of generating and converting multi-million-pound sales opportunities.
- Experience building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
- Broad consulting experience spanning strategy, operating model, customer, commercial, digital, technology, data and AI transformation.
- Strong understanding of Consumer Products and Retail industry trends, challenges and value drivers.
- Ability to lead effectively within a matrix organisation, mobilising diverse teams and capabilities around client needs.
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, combining client impact with strong commercial results.
