Role Overview
We are looking for a VP, Data Centre Delivery to lead mission critical Data Center Infrastructure projects overseeing the EMEA region. This executive will lead our technical delivery organization, focusing on ensuring that all infrastructure deployment, system maintenance, and operational activities are completed efficiently, on time, and according to internal and customer expectations. The VP, Data Centre Delivery possesses a high level of knowledge and expertise in best-in-class data center infrastructure and will work with Directors and Presidents to strategize on unit initiatives.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan to implement and track all progress for Unit initiatives (schedule intentional time with team to maintain a focus)
- Collaborate with all other adjacent unit peers towards healthy demarcation points from unit to unit regarding process deployment/implementation
- Collaborate with Onboard Specialist to “right size” the onboarding and orientation against the needs
- Collaborate with Director of Training and Development for “right sized” program
- Work with Sales and Support Solutions Manager to Strategize for a whole programmatic approach
- Work with Recruiting Manager to provide vetted Job Descriptions, etc.
- Provide support and guidance to recruiters as needed.
- Monitor initiatives as they are deployed for adherence and consistency
- Look for ways to improve unit on all fronts
- Establish and maintain regular communication with team members.
- Monitor team needs (training/PTO/travel...etc.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor team schedules and staffing.
You’ll bring:

Experience in:
- Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Addressing and escalating issues as needed, following appropriate escalation procedures.
- Representing the organization at industry events and conferences.
- Reviewing and approving statements of work (SOWs).
- Overseeing and managing payroll and HR-related administrative tasks.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with employees and clients
- Strategizing with Field managers and unit management
- Establishing clear performance expectations and goals for team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field, or Vocational school. (Additional experience can satisfy this requirement.)
- 10+ years of experience in the Data Center construction industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
