A growing consumer insights and audience intelligence company is looking for a senior leader to drive its Data, AI and technology agenda. The business helps global brands understand consumer behaviour, purchasing habits and market trends, and has already invested heavily in its data platform, semantic layer, Salesforce ecosystem and AI capabilities. With a team of approximately 21 employees, the focus is now on unlocking maximum value from those foundations. This is a highly visible leadership position reporting into senior stakeholders across the business.

As VP of Data & Audience Intelligence, you'll lead enterprise data strategy, AI initiatives and cross-functional transformation. The role offers broad ownership, significant influence and the opportunity to shape how data drives commercial outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Data & AI Strategy
  • Align Data, Analytics, Architecture and Technology functions
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled insights and decision-making
  • Build a 360-degree customer view across the organisation
  • Optimise the existing Data Platform, Semantic Layer and Salesforce ecosystem
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to improve growth, pricing and customer outcomes
  • Lead teams and establish strong governance, accountability and delivery

  • Salary Range: £160,000-£180,000 + 20% bonus
