What will you be doing?
The Vice President of Liquid AI Client Delivery will lead program management for client deployments across all Liquid AI solutions. This leader will coordinate how the pipeline informs deployment planning, resource allocation, implementation, adoption, and transition to ongoing support. The role is accountable for establishing the discipline, visibility, and cross-functional coordination needed to deliver deployments on schedule and at a consistently high level of quality.
This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on portfolio management. The successful candidate will establish practical program management standards, lead the governance and review cadence for the Liquid AI deployment portfolio, and maintain a reliable source of information in Monday.com. The VP will translate pipeline expectations into realistic deployment plans, align capacity with demand, drive timely resolution of risks and dependencies, and maintain clear accountability from opportunity through successful deployment and ongoing support.
Job Responsibilities
- Deployment portfolio leadership:
- Lead the integrated portfolio of Liquid AI deployments across all solutions, with clear accountability for delivering agreed scope on schedule and at a consistently high level of quality.
- Establish common program standards, stage gates, quality controls, acceptance criteria, and escalation paths from qualified opportunity through deployment, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Maintain an accurate portfolio view of milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, issues, and client commitments, and initiate corrective action when delivery is at risk.

Pipeline-to-deployment planning:
- Connect the pre-sale pipeline to deployment planning so expected opportunities, timing, complexity, readiness, and dependencies are incorporated early into plans.
- Establish clear intake, prioritization, and handoff processes.
- Translate pipeline expectations into realistic deployment scenarios, resource allocation, target launch dates, sequencing recommendations, and contingency plans.

Resource and capacity management:
- Lead ongoing capacity-versus-demand planning across the portfolio and recommend resource allocation across active and expected deployments.
- Identify required roles and skills, capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and competing priorities early enough to protect delivery commitments.
- Facilitate allocation and sequencing decisions, track approved staffing plans, raise resource risks early, and escalate unresolved gaps with clear options and business impacts.

Governance, controls, and visibility:
- Design and lead a practical review cadence that includes portfolio reviews, deployment health reviews, risk and dependency reviews, executive escalations, and post-implementation reviews.
- Own the deployment management framework in Monday.com, including board structure, workflow standards, status definitions, required fields, milestones, dependencies, automations, data quality, and governance.
- Establish concise executive KPIs and dashboards covering schedule confidence, milestone performance, quality, readiness, risks, decisions, capacity, adoption, and client outcomes. Use approved AI tools to improve reporting, action tracking, and follow-through.

Execution quality and continuous improvement:
- Drive consistent deployment planning and execution across scope, success measures, workstreams, client responsibilities, change control, communications, decision logs, quality assurance, and recovery plans.
- Develop reusable playbooks, templates, checklists, and lessons learned that improve speed, predictability, quality, scalability, and the client experience.
- Build a strong delivery culture centered on accountability, transparency, proactive problem solving, and continuous improvement informed by portfolio data, client feedback, client usage, and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in client delivery, program management, portfolio management, implementation, or a related discipline, including leadership of complex, multi-workstream technology or analytics deployments.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex client deployments on schedule and with strong quality outcomes across multiple products, clients, or geographies.
- Experience connecting pre-sale pipeline management with deployment planning, including demand forecasting, readiness assessment, resource planning, prioritization, and cross-functional handoffs.
- Advanced expertise in Monday.com or a comparable work management platform, including workflow design, board architecture, automations, dashboards, reporting, permissions, and data governance.
- Strong command of program and portfolio fundamentals, including scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, capacity planning, resource allocation, risks, issues, decisions, quality controls, change control, and benefits realization.
- Proven ability to create executive KPIs and dashboards that translate complex portfolio data into clear decisions, actions, and escalation priorities.
- Strong client leadership and executive presence, with the ability to communicate delivery status, risks, tradeoffs, recommendations, and decisions clearly to senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven success leading through influence in a matrixed, global environment, creating structure in ambiguity, and aligning teams with different priorities around shared delivery outcomes.
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot. Experience in AI, SaaS, data, analytics, market research, CPG, retail, or technology-enabled professional services is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. An advanced degree or a PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or comparable certification is preferred.
