VP Enterprise Data & Architecture
London (Hybrid) | £160,000 - £180,000 + 20% Bonus
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of data, technology and AI strategy across a high-growth, technology-led business. With strong foundations already in place, you'll focus on driving business value, aligning teams, and using data and AI to influence customer experience, product strategy, revenue growth and operational performance.
The Company
This organisation is a leading technology business with a significant global customer base and a strong commitment to data-driven decision making. Having invested heavily in its data platform, analytics capabilities, enterprise systems and AI initiatives, they are now entering the next phase of maturity. The business is looking for a senior leader who can bring multiple functions together under a clear strategic vision and accelerate business impact.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the enterprise data, technology and AI strategy
- Creating a unified vision across data, analytics, engineering, IT, architecture and Salesforce
- Building a true 360-degree customer view to improve commercial decision making
- Driving AI adoption, governance and enablement across the organisation
- Leading enterprise data engineering, analytics and system architecture functions
- Identifying high-impact opportunities to improve revenue, pricing, customer insight and operational efficiency
- Developing strong relationships with executive stakeholders and securing organisational buy-in
- Delivering quick wins while building long-term capability and scalability
- Leading, mentoring and growing a high-performing technical organisation

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership experience across data, analytics, engineering, architecture or enterprise technology functions
- A hands-on approach with the ability to challenge assumptions and engage with technical detail
- Experience driving business transformation through data, technology and AI
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, governance and architecture
- Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around a common vision
- Comfortable making decisions, setting priorities and driving accountability
- Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technical initiatives to business outcomes

Desirable:
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, reporting or decision-making tools
- Experience leading Salesforce, enterprise systems or IT functions
- Background within scale-up, growth-stage or mid-sized technology organisations
- Product-focused mindset with a strong understanding of customer data and user behaviour
