VP Enterprise Data
Up to £180,000 + Bonus

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of data, technology, AI and business systems within a high-growth digital business that has already invested heavily in its foundations. Rather than building from scratch, you'll focus on creating alignment, accelerating delivery, and unlocking greater commercial value from existing capabilities.

They are a well-established, technology-led organisation with a global customer base and a strong track record of innovation. Significant investment has already been made across data platforms, business systems, analytics capabilities and AI initiatives.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for a senior leader to bring multiple functions together under a clear strategic vision. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence business performance at the highest level.
The Role
As Director of Data, AI & Technology, you will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning data, analytics, engineering, architecture, IT and business systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and delivering a unified vision across data, technology and AI functions
- Leading and developing a team of approximately 20-30 professionals
- Driving the creation of a comprehensive customer view through the integration of business and product data
- Partnering with commercial, product and technology stakeholders to identify growth opportunities
- Using data and AI capabilities to improve customer understanding, pricing strategy and revenue performance
- Establishing clear priorities, governance and accountability across multiple teams
- Identifying capability gaps and delivering practical, high-impact improvements
- Supporting the ongoing evolution of Salesforce and wider technology platforms
- Ensuring data and technology investments generate measurable business value
- Acting as the senior authority for data, technology and AI across the organisation

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership experience across data, analytics, technology or engineering functions
- Proven ability to unite cross-functional teams and break down organisational silos
- Hands-on approach with the confidence to engage in technical, architectural and operational detail
- Experience leading complex change and transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to make informed decisions, prioritise effectively and create momentum
- Commercial awareness with a track record of linking technology investment to business outcomes
- Experience working within fast-paced, evolving environments
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, analytics solutions or internal AI initiatives
- Understanding of how customer, product and operational data can drive business performance
