VP Finance / Global Controller - International Professional Services
Location: London (Hybrid)
Package: £200k-£225k + 30% bonus

A PE-backed international professional services group is seeking a VP Finance / Global Controller to join the executive finance team during an exciting growth phase.
Reporting to the CFO, this individual will lead global financial control, reporting, governance and finance operations across a multi-entity international business. The role will play a key part in supporting continued growth, M&A activity and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global financial control, reporting and month-end close
- Own audit, statutory reporting and lender requirements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and group accounting policies
- Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and reporting
- Oversee shared services and transactional finance operations
- Support acquisitions, integrations and international expansion
- Manage covenant reporting and compliance
- Lead and develop an international finance team

Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Prior experience as Controller, Group Controller, VP Finance or similar
- Strong US GAAP and multi-entity group accounting expertise
- Experience within PE-backed, sponsor-owned or high-growth environments
- Proven track record leading audits, reporting and financial controls
- Exposure to M&A, integration and finance transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
