We're hiring: VP Finance (Maternity Leave Cover)
Epos Now is looking for an experienced finance leader to step into a broad, hands-on VP Finance role covering maternity leave. You'll own the day-to-day operation of our finance function - reporting, controls, treasury, tax, and statutory compliance - across an international group.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll lead a talented finance team and be a key voice in senior management, shaping how we report, control, and grow the business.
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop the finance team, driving performance against KPIs
- Own the group management accounts process and drive continuous improvement in reporting
- Take the lead on statutory accounts, external audit, and multi-jurisdiction compliance
- Oversee Group cash, treasury, banking relationships, and lender reporting (including covenants)
- Manage corporation tax, VAT, and R&D claims across the Group
- Drive optimisation of our finance systems, including Sage Intacct

What you'll bring:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
- A track record leading a finance function within a multi-entity or international group
- Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting
- Confidence managing financial controls, balance sheet integrity, and month-end close
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
