Up to £180k (Depending on Experience) + Equity
Talentedge Exec are working with a high growth SaaS business on their #1 in finance opportunity.

In order to be successful, you will be a data-led and operationally focused individual who is capable of steering the company through continued international expansion, future fundraising activities and an eventual transaction.

- Continue to build a finance function, capable of supporting fast-track international scale and expansion
- Lead on company-wide planning, strategy and investor relations
- Own KPI analysis (both financial and non-financial), generating meaningful insights to drive business decision making (new product launches, geographical expansion, pricing, etc)
- Have responsibility for statutory compliance and board reporting
- Operate as a trusted business partner to the CEO, Board, and Investors
- Own relationships with external partners
- Develop, mentor, and in time, grow the finance function
Profile Essentials
- Qualified accountant with a strong academic background
- Experience as a Finance Director / VP Finance within a VC-backed SaaS scaleup, ideally with US operations
- Analytical, mathematical, and data-driven in approach, with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Ability to use data analytics and process automation tools is a must
- Experienced with building best-in-class finance functions, including people/systems/processes
- Exposure to successful fundraising activities (Series B and beyond)
- Strong people management skills, including advising, challenging, and influencing stakeholders (CEO/Founder, Board, Investors)
- Accomplished and inspirational team leader
