  • Genuine Belief in the Journey: Committing to SharkNinja’s approach, even when it’s unconventional.

What You’ll Do

As VP, Global Affiliate Marketing & Live Commerce, you will lead the global affiliate and live commerce demand engine for Shark and Ninja — an affiliate community and a live commerce operation that together scale toward $1B in attributed demand. You will lead teams across our markets, own the program and the technology beneath it, and set the standard for how affiliate creator-led and live commerce is run at global scale.

Keep Building the Affiliate Community Others Try to Copy

Our affiliate community is world-class today. Your job is to keep it there as the space matures and competition for the best affiliates intensifies. Deepen and extend it: sourcing and vetting, seeding and sampling operations, activation-to-first-sale velocity, tiering and progression, and the retention of affiliates who prove they can move product. Build category expertise into the organization so that a creator selling a robot vacuum is briefed differently from one selling an outdoor pizza oven — the demo, the objection, and the buying moment are not the same. Treat commission architecture, incentive design, and content velocity as levers to be modeled and tuned rather than defaults to be inherited.

Advance the SharkNinja Affiliate Program and the Technology Beneath It

Take a program that is already producing and sharpen it end to end — tiers, economics, incentives, rules of engagement, and creator experience. Partner with our Product team to specify and build the technology that scales it: creator CRM and discovery, the asset and briefing library, content deployment, link generation and deep linking, cross-platform attribution, payout operations, and the clipping infrastructure that turns a single livestream or hero demo into a high volume of shoppable placements. The measure of success is a program that is difficult to replicate and harder to leave.

Elevate Our Highest-Performing Affiliates into Long-Term Brand Advocates

Our top affiliates are already among the most effective advocates the brand has. Evolve how we recognize, develop, and support them — early access to product and roadmap, co-created content and collections, meaningful commercial terms, and genuine standing inside the business — so that the creators driving disproportionate value experience SharkNinja as a long-term partner rather than a transactional channel. Design the tier structure, the benefits, and the progression path that make advancing within our community something creators actively pursue.

Expand Affiliate Creator-Led Commerce Across Every Channel

Deepen and expand affiliate creator-led commerce across the channels we operate — TikTok Shop, Meta, YouTube, marketplace creator programs, and our owned ecommerce properties — and move decisively onto new commerce surfaces as they mature. Each carries a distinct attribution model, content standard, commission structure, and amplification toolset. Master them centrally so that creators do not have to: our objective is for creators to spend their time on content and selling, not on resizing assets, managing links, and navigating platform administration. Build toward a state where a single affiliate relationship generates demand across multiple destinations, and where performance signal from one channel improves the others.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Take Live Commerce to a World-Class Standard

Lead live commerce globally and raise it from a strong operation to a leading one. Lead the live teams, develop the host bench, and hold agency and MCN partners to a standard of operational excellence that sustains production quality while keeping cost per broadcast hour disciplined. Own show formats, run of show, programming calendar, studio operating model, and tentpole moments — along with the operational detail that determines whether any of it works: inventory alignment to live moments, offer construction, replay and clip monetization, and the transition between live and always-on. Build toward continuous streaming with programming compelling enough to hold an audience that did not arrive intending to shop. Live must sell effectively, represent the brand well, and do both profitably.

Lead a Global Organization and a Centre of Excellence

Lead the global affiliate organization, including in-region teams embedded against local commercial P&Ls, so that a global standard and local commercial reality reinforce each other rather than compete. Stand up a centre of excellence that codifies what works and exports it — playbooks, briefing standards, creative libraries, tooling, training, and talent — so that new markets launch with a running start and mature markets keep compounding. Keep the organization lean enough to redeploy against whatever is working, across in-house teams and agency partners alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global demand generation number for affiliate and live commerce, scaling the engine toward $1B in attributed demand.
  • Lead the global affiliate organization, including in-region teams embedded against local commercial P&Ls, and set the operating model, talent bar, and performance standard worldwide.
  • Build and steward the global creator community — sourcing, vetting, seeding, activation, tiering, progression, and retention — with clear accountability for activation-to-first-sale velocity and productivity per creator.
  • Advance the affiliate program: commission architecture, incentive and bonus design, rules of engagement, and creator experience.
  • Partner with Product to specify and build the affiliate technology stack — creator CRM and discovery, asset and briefing library, content deployment, deep linking, cross-platform attribution, payouts, and clipping infrastructure.
  • Develop the tier, benefit, and recognition structure that elevates top affiliates into long-term brand advocates and premier business partners.
  • Expand and deepen affiliate creator-led commerce across TikTok Shop, Meta, YouTube, marketplace creator programs, and owned ecommerce, and establish presence on new commerce surfaces as they mature.
  • Reduce operational friction for creators so their time is spent on content and selling rather than platform administration.
  • Lead live commerce globally: host bench, show formats, programming calendar, studio and production operations, agency and MCN performance, and continuous streaming.
  • Grow live commerce into a channel with positive contribution margin in every market it runs, while raising the creative standard of what goes on air.
  • Align offer, promotion, and inventory with Merchandising, Brand, and Supply Chain so that live and affiliate moments are supported by the right product at the right time.
  • Manage cost per attributed transaction, blended return on creator amplification spend, and GMV per live hour as the operation scales.
  • Build and lead a global center of excellence that accelerates new market launches and lifts performance in existing markets.
  • Partner closely with regional commercial leadership, Brand, Product, Legal, and Finance to align affiliate creator-led and live commerce with in-market commercial priorities and brand standards.

What You’ll Bring

We are less interested in years served than in what you have actually built and sold. The strongest candidates will bring a genuinely hybrid background — commerce, merchandising, creator partnerships, marketing, and production — and almost nobody has all five. Tell us which of these you own outright, which you have run alongside, and which you would hire for.

  • A track record of building affiliate or creator-led commerce into a material revenue channel — with the GMV, growth, and margin numbers to back it up.
  • Real commerce grounding: ecommerce, merchandising, category management, or marketplace operations. You understand assortment, pricing, promotion, inventory, and margin — not just reach and engagement.
  • Direct experience building or scaling live commerce — hosts, formats, production, programming calendar, agency or MCN management — with accountability for what the channel actually earned.
  • Deep creator fluency: you have recruited, negotiated with, developed, and retained creators at scale, and you understand what makes a creator choose one brand over another.
  • Production instinct. You know what makes content watchable and what makes it sell, and you can tell the difference between a beautiful broadcast and a productive one.
  • Fluency in the mechanics of at least one major commerce platform — attribution models, commission structures, creator tooling, and paid amplification — and the appetite to learn the rest quickly.
  • Experience partnering with Product or engineering to specify and build marketing and commerce technology from the ground up.
  • Commercial and financial credibility: able to run a channel to a contribution margin target and defend the economics in front of a leadership team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead distributed global teams, including leaders embedded in regional markets, and to make a matrixed operating model genuinely work.
  • Experience launching brands, products, or channels into new international markets.
  • Comfort operating in a space with no settled playbook, where platforms, economics, and rules change frequently.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and operate across time zones spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

This is a commerce role. If your background is brand social or influencer marketing measured in reach, impressions, and engagement rather than units, revenue, and margin, this will not be the right fit — and we would rather say so here than discover it together in round three.
