VP HRIS Analytics
IN SHORT
The VP HRIS & Analytics is responsible for leading SEFE’s global HR systems, HR data, analytics, including compensation and benefits. The role drives the development of a modern, integrated, and data-driven HR technology landscape that enables scalable global people processes, high-quality workforce insights, and an enhanced employee experience. The role acts as a strategic partner to HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HR technology and analytics capabilities are aligned with SEFE’s long-term transformation objectives.
What Will You Do
- Lead Global HR Systems Strategy: Define and execute SEFE’s HRIS and people analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader HR and business transformation agenda.
- SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation, enhancement, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors modules and related HR technologies across the SEFE Group.
- Drive HR Digitalization & Automation: Modernize and standardize HR processes through technology-enabled solutions, automation, self-service capabilities, and digital workflows.
- Build Advanced HR Analytics Capabilities: Establish robust people analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling data-informed workforce planning, organizational insights, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure HR Data Governance & Quality: Develop and maintain strong governance frameworks for HR data integrity, consistency, security, and compliance across global HR systems with special focus on comp data & processes.
- Lead Change Management & Technology Adoption: Drive end-to-end change management activities to ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and sustainable utilization of HR technologies and new ways of working.
- Act as the key interface between HR, IT, external implementation partners, and software vendors to ensure effective delivery, governance, and prioritization of HR technology initiatives.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits Analytics and Governance: Lead and coordinate the Compensation & Benefits function with a strong focus on data-driven reward management, HR controlling, benchmarking, workforce cost analytics, and governance. Ensure compensation and benefits processes, reporting, and systems are aligned with the broader HR technology and analytics landscape and support informed business and people decisions.

What Will You Bring
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR systems, HR technology, digital HR transformation, or people analytics roles.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology landscapes.
- End-to-end change management capabilities including stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption and capability building.
- Experience working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors in large-scale technology implementation environments.
- Prior experience within international, regulated, or transformation-oriented industries is advantageous.
- High degree of resilience, adaptability, and solution orientation in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity and passion for innovation, AI-enabled HR solutions, and future-oriented people technologies.
- Fluent English language skills; German language skills are advantageous.
