About the Role
Many of Hubexo’s largest customers use one part of our portfolio. Few yet use all of it.
This role exists to change that.
You’ll lead a team of 11, including one manager, responsible for c.€3.8m of revenue across around 9,000 UK & Ireland customer accounts. The growth target is at least 10% a year.
You’ll sit on the UKI commercial leadership team, shape how we grow existing customers and have the backing to build the team and ways of working needed to deliver it.
What We’re Selling?
Hubexo connects the construction market with the data, insight and software it needs to build better.
Architects and specifiers use our design and specification tools. Manufacturers use our product information to get their products specified in design. Contractors and suppliers use our project information platform to find and win work.
The challenge is connecting more of that portfolio to customers who already work with us.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop our UKI Key Account Management team, coaching both managers and individual contributors.
- Own existing-customer growth, net revenue retention and the expansion pipeline.
- Build clear account-growth plans, with particular focus on our most strategic customers.
- Grow adoption across design, product information and project information through relevant cross-sell and upsell.
- Lead significant enterprise deals and negotiations, including global growth with UKI-based customers.
- Build senior and C-suite customer relationships.
- Bring rigour to forecasting, pipeline management and commercial decision-making.
- Work closely with New Business, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations and Finance / Revenue Operations.
- Give the executive team a clear, data-led view of performance and future growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
