Do you want to work directly with a market-leading private capital advisory business, advising on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in the secondary market?
A leading global financial advisory firm is seeking a commercially minded transactional lawyer to join its Legal team, supporting its highly regarded Private Capital Advisory business.
This is a unique opportunity to become embedded within a market-leading deal team, providing legal support across complex private capital transactions and working directly with senior stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted legal adviser, supporting deals from initial mandate through to execution and closing. This is a role for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the business, understanding commercial objectives and providing practical, solutions-focused advice.

The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work alongside a leading private capital advisory team in the global secondary market.
- Gain exposure to complex GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions.
- Partner directly with senior deal professionals and business leaders.
- Take ownership of legal processes and help drive efficient transaction execution.
What They’re Looking For
This role will suit a commercially minded transactional lawyer who wants to move closer to the business and play a key role in deal execution.
The position would suit lawyers from a range of backgrounds, including:
- Private Funds – experience advising sponsors, investors or private capital businesses on fund-related transactions, secondaries or restructurings.
- M&A – strong transaction execution experience and the ability to manage complex deal processes.
- Banking / Finance – experience supporting sophisticated financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.
