About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Loan Sales professional to join our Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling loans to existing investors and attracting new investor relationships, with coverage focused on Real Asset sectors across both primary and secondary markets.

You will work closely with syndicate, trading, origination, and relationship management teams to deliver best-in-class execution and service to a broad institutional investor base.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Distribution

  • Market primary syndications and private placement transactions to investors, coordinating Q&A between investors and internal deal teams
  • Distribute secondary loan opportunities directly and via axe sheet, working in close collaboration with secondary trading desks and other DAR distributors
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies in line with SLT and syndicate direction

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with your assigned investor coverage — including Banks, Asset Managers, Private Banks, Insurance Companies, and Hedge Funds
  • Maintain regular dialogue with investors to understand their appetite and requirements, feeding this intelligence back to the Portfolio Finance (PF) team and other internal stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new investor relationships, expanding coverage across ERA asset classes
  • Plan and organise client visits, meetings, and entertainment to promote the bank and its products

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
