About Aligned

Aligned builds the category-defining AI Deal Workspace that transforms how modern revenue organizations execute B2B deals. Founded on the absolute conviction that sales isn’t complex but buying is, Aligned replaces the chaotic mess of fragmented email threads and file links with a single buyer-facing workspace for each deal.

Every month, over 70,000 sellers and 1 million buyers run their transactions through Aligned’s #1 Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) on G2, delivering 30% faster sales cycles and a 15% increase in win rates for enterprise teams.

Aligned is scaling at a rare market velocity, tripling its ARR year-over-year while maintaining best-in-class gross revenue retention. We are backed by tier-one partners like NFX, Hetz Ventures, and JAL Ventures, and have recently closed a $60M Series B funding round led by PeakSpan Capital to accelerate our expansion into AI-driven buyer enablement. We operate with a lean, exceptionally high-caliber team that values direct communication, high execution standards, and absolute ownership.

About the Role

Aligned is hiring a Vice President of Marketing to scale marketing from a high-signal foundation into a highly predictable, world-class growth operating system. This is not a channel-management role, but rather a position for a commercial systems architect.

Marketing at Aligned is intentionally structured around three business pillars: Brand & Category, Demand Generation based on a portfolio of growth, and Product Marketing that owns funnel activation and sales enablement, all built upon a foundation of Strategy & Operations.

Aligned is winning this market through an unmatched Brand and Category (Demand Creation) strategy. While you will rapidly lay the long-term infrastructure for this category movement, your immediate "here and now" mandate is pipeline generation.

You will report directly to the CEO, serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, and own the comprehensive architecture of our global marketing engine.

What You Will Own

Brand and Category Leadership

  • Social Media Ecosystem: Drive organic reach by establishing a mixture of business handles and employee advocacy programs focused on category education, campaign briefs, and company culture. Deploy targeted short-form edutainment content on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Internal Creator-Led Distribution: Systematize our CEO and other employee audience – Executive social, monthly webinar, and podcast – into repeatable formats so our highest-ROI engine scales beyond the founder.
  • PR Architecture: Design and execute horizontal and vertical PR campaigns covering product innovations, category narratives, and business milestones.
  • Analyst Relations & Reputation Governance: Direct our presence on customer evaluation networks, prioritizing aggressive investment and leadership positioning to drive maximum visibility for investors, partners, and customers.
  • Product Content Engine: Build out a data-driven content operation, leveraging our proprietary dataset of 1M monthly buyer interactions to publish industry-standard reports that generate organic earned media and executive trust.
  • High-Positioning Activations: Direct non-traditional brand campaigns, including elite influencer plays, high-production content experiences, and physical VIP world-premiere roadtrips across major ICP hubs to punch above our weight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Pipeline Delivery: Marketing predictably delivers its share of total pipeline targets, scaling in Q3 toward continuous quarterly growth milestones.
  • Category Dominance: Aligned achieves a definitive leadership position in the AI Deal Workspace category, measured by growing our Brand Equity.
  • Funnel Velocity: Conversion rates from lead through demo to qualified opportunity improve, directly accelerating overall sales velocity and win rates.
  • Distribution Efficiency: The acquisition of proprietary media assets and the scale of our distribution engines materially decrease blended CAC and optimize payback horizons.
  • Forecast Predictability: Marketing data models mature to the point where leadership can accurately forecast pipeline outputs based on capital inputs, removing reliance on opportunistic or founder-led sales.
