VP of Business Development
We are looking for an experienced VP of Business Development who can take a broader view of growth, markets, and commercial performance in the UK. You will work across markets, major accounts, and commercial teams to improve how we create and convert growth opportunities.
You should be comfortable working with both established businesses and growing companies. In the UK, we want someone who can build a quality pipeline, develop relationships, and help prospects understand practical value.
This role is for an experienced leader who can set direction, make sound commercial decisions, and take responsibility for results across the function.

What you will do
- Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers
- Run outreach, discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Work with the team on proposals and commercial opportunities
- Keep CRM and opportunity information current
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
What we are looking for
- Significant leadership experience in the relevant function
- Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
- Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with UK B2B customers or structured sales environments is helpful.
