As a group, ELIRE has accelerated very quickly over the last months to position our ventures and world-first solutions critical to accelerating the ecosystem shift to adopt new technologies.
Our exciting verticals include maritime, energy, luxury, defence & aviation.
Your Impact
The VP of Creative Design will oversee and deliver creative design solutions across the group’s portfolio of ventures. This role ensures a consistent, high-quality visual identity that strengthens brand equity and supports commercial growth.
Working closely with marketing, commercial, and 3D visualisation teams, the VP will translate strategic objectives into compelling design outputs—from corporate branding to product decks, websites, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of design projects across all ventures, ensuring alignment with group brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain corporate design assets, product and solution presentations, investor decks, and marketing collateral.
- Oversee the design and optimisation of websites, microsites, and landing pages to support campaigns and commercial objectives.
- Produce sales enablement materials that effectively communicate solutions, products, and value propositions.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop creative concepts and materials that drive engagement and growth.
- Coordinate closely with the 3D Visualisation team to ensure integration of creative outputs with technical and experiential design.
- Manage external creative partners or agencies where required, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Establish scalable design processes, templates, and guidelines to accelerate delivery across the group.

Who You Are
- Proven experience in senior design leadership, ideally in start-up, scale-up, or fast-moving environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across graphic design, digital design, and brand development.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Experience designing corporate decks, marketing materials, websites, and digital assets.
- Strong understanding of branding, UX/UI, and design for both online and offline channels.
- Ability to balance creative innovation with business-driven outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and technical teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
