About Humanoid
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND-01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
We're hiring a Head of Delivery to join our Executive team based in London. In this role you will lead operational execution across the company. This role will ensure that company goals, strategic initiatives, and project timelines are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered.
The Head of Delivery will act as the central operational owner of execution, maintaining visibility across all key projects and ensuring alignment between leadership, engineering, product, and operations.
The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented operator who thrives in complex technical environments and can bring structure, clarity, and accountability to fast-moving teams.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain the company-wide execution framework, including roadmaps, delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Ensure all company initiatives and projects are tracked in a single operational system with clear ownership and deadlines.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and leadership teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and operational bottlenecks.
- Provide operational oversight and guidance to project managers across teams.
- Implement and continuously improve program management processes, reporting, and execution standards.
- Maintain clear visibility of progress and risks for leadership. Ensure strategic plans are translated into clear, actionable delivery plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
