Referment

Referment is working with a London-based company whose AI platform helps the world's biggest construction projects make faster, more confident, data-driven decisions. Its customers are the largest owner-operators of energy, utility, and mass transit, and its enterprise go-to-market runs on long cycles measured in quarters.

The company is looking for a VP of Growth to own the entire customer journey, from education and awareness through to loyalty and referral. You'll lead a growth team bringing together product marketing, content and brand, growth marketing, and a BDR team of four — around seven reports — and you'll join the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Your job will be to build a programmatic, measurable pipeline engine on top of promising initiatives across ABM, events, content, and outbound, owning the systems, cadences, and accountability that ensure every channel and campaign generates maximum yield from a tightly defined set of enterprise accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

  • Systematise the demand engine: establish cadences, define metrics, and create accountability across channels.
  • Directly manage and develop four BDRs through pipeline reviews, call coaching, and sequencing strategy — their performance is yours.
  • Orchestrate a small, multidisciplinary marketing team, prioritising where effort goes.
  • Drive account-based programmes, aligning marketing, BDR, and sales across target accounts.
  • Own the funnel's data layer: attribution, stage conversion, and pipeline contribution by channel, with the VP of Sales.
  • Partner with Product on positioning, ICP expansion, and new market entry.
  • Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing an existing product with new experiments.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline-focused marketing in venture-backed B2B SaaS.
  • Enterprise GTM experience, where pipeline is measured in quarters and account-based approaches beat volume.
  • A track record of building process and rigour where none previously existed.
  • Strong data orientation: dashboards, KPIs, attribution analysis, and data-led prioritisation.
  • Comfort with a small, niche market and precision campaigns against a defined, expanding account set.
  • Genuine obsession with the customer.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or the built environment.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products.
  • Experience expanding an ICP into adjacent segments.

This could suit a growth marketing leader already operating at VP or Head of level in enterprise B2B SaaS, or a senior operator ready to take a seat on a leadership team.
