About Sycurio

Sycurio is a global leader in secure, frictionless payment solutions that empower enterprises to enhance customer experience and simplify compliance. Its patented cloud-based technologies protect sensitive data across all customer interactions and channels, ensuring compliance with industry standards like PCI DSS while reducing fraud risk and strengthening trust. Founded in 2009 as Semafone, Sycurio supports organizations in over 50 countries across five continents, partnering with leading brands worldwide. Backed by major investor Livingbridge, Sycurio continues to pioneer solutions that make payments secure and seamless.

About The Role

Sycurio is entering a new phase of growth.

Historically, our success has been built around voice and contact-centre payment solutions. Today, we are evolving into a broader payments platform supporting multiple channels, customer journeys and buying centres.

As our proposition expands, so does our market opportunity. The traditional contact-centre buyer remains important, but we increasingly need to engage stakeholders across Payments, Customer Experience, Digital, Technology and Business Transformation. At the same time, we see significant untapped opportunity within our existing customer base and across a growing ecosystem of technology and channel partners.

We are seeking a VP Growth & Market Development to build and scale the next generation of Sycurio's growth engine. This individual will be responsible for driving growth from three distinct but connected sources: new customer acquisition, installed-base expansion and ecosystem-led growth.

This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. We are looking for a commercially minded growth leader who can identify new markets, uncover new buying centres, build partner-led opportunities and create repeatable revenue-generating motions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will define and lead Sycurio's growth strategy, ensuring marketing, business development, customer expansion and ecosystem initiatives work together to create sustainable pipeline and revenue growth
  • A key part of the role will be developing a structured approach to growth within our existing customer base. This includes identifying whitespace opportunities, expanding relationships beyond traditional contact-centre stakeholders and creating targeted programs that drive adoption across new use cases, teams and channels
  • You will also lead the development of an ecosystem growth strategy, strengthening existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities across contact-centre platforms, conversational AI providers, payment service providers, cloud platforms, telecommunications providers and adjacent technologies. Success will be measured not only by awareness and engagement, but by the creation of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Alongside this, you will continue to lead demand generation and growth marketing activities, ensuring clear alignment between market opportunities, pipeline generation and commercial outcomes
  • This role is not simply about generating more demand. It is about creating a growth organisation that can adapt faster, learn faster and identify opportunity earlier than competitors
  • The successful candidate will bring a modern approach to growth, leveraging data, technology and automation to improve how we understand customers, develop markets, engage buying groups and create revenue opportunities across new prospects, existing customers and strategic partners
  • Their focus will be on building repeatable competitive advantage through smarter systems, stronger insight and more effective execution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
