Job Description
As VP of Growth at Fanvue.com, you will own the end-to-end growth engine, from acquisition to retention and monetization. Reporting to the COO, you’ll scale GMV from $90M to $250M+ while building a world-class growth organization. You will bridge marketing channels and product-led loops to redefine how creators earn in an AI-native environment.

What You Will Do
- Own the full growth loop across marketing and product, scaling combined GMV from ~$90M to over $250M in your first year.
- Build and manage a diverse acquisition portfolio including YouTube creator placements, paid social, and multi-touch attribution models focused on payback period.
- Establish a high-velocity experimentation infrastructure, leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Data to optimize creator activation and viral loops.
The ideal candidate
- Proven growth operator who has built end-to-end systems spanning both channel acquisition and in-product growth mechanics rather than just top-of-funnel tactics.
- Deep analytical background in two-sided marketplaces, consumer subscriptions, or PLG SaaS with experience managing a significant marketing P&L.
- Systems-thinker who can build their own org chart and thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments with weekly shipping cycles.
