VICE PRESIDENT – INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE OPERATIONS
Based in the UK or Europe
€140,000–€160,000 / £120,000–£140,000 + 20% annual bonus
We’re looking for an exceptional Vice President of International Franchise Operations to lead the operational performance, brand experience, and growth of our established global fitness franchise working at a senior leadership level across all our global markets outside the United States including Europe, Asia, The GCC, Latin America, and Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global fitness brand at leadership level and have a genuine impact on the growth and success of franchise partners across international markets.
This is a high-impact global leadership role, working closely with franchise partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive studio sales, membership growth, retention, member experience, and profitability. The role will require extensive international travel; the base location can be anywhere in the UK or Europe.
The Role
- Lead a team of Regional Directors and Operations Specialists, partnering with international franchisees to:
- Develop and deliver multi-year strategies for growth, member experience, and profitability.
- Drive improvements in studio-level sales, membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and share best practice across international markets.
- Strengthen operational processes, training, scheduling, lead generation, and member engagement.
- Analyse market performance, competition, and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with International Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Support franchise partners in building sustainable, high-performing businesses.
- Represent International Franchise Operations at global leadership level.

What We’re Looking For
- You’ll be a commercially minded, strategic, and inspiring leader with:
- 12+ years’ experience in franchise operations and/or multi-unit business leadership.
- A proven track record of driving revenue, profitability, and membership growth.
- Significant experience working across international markets and cultures.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, unit economics, and customer experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A genuine passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Experience within the fitness, health, or wellness sector is highly desirable.

What’s on Offer?
- In addition to a competitive basic salary of €140,000–€160,000 / £120,000–£140,000, there is an opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to 20% of the basic salary. The position is offered on a hybrid working basis with generous time off, an enhanced pension scheme, medical, life, and disability assurance, mental health benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
