Who We Are
Goldarch provides the strategy, intelligence, and execution of an institutional IR function, as a service. We give private capital managers continuous LP engagement, fundraising capability, and investor intelligence across the fund lifecycle, during and in between fundraises.
We embed as an extension of a GP's own team: LP reporting, fundraising materials, data rooms, DDQs, and ongoing LP servicing.
The Role
We're hiring a Vice President & Client Partner to own the delivery of the Investor Relations mandate for a portfolio of GP clients: client-facing from day one, supported by an Analyst.
This is a senior role for someone who can run an IR mandate independently: you've sat inside a fund's IR or fundraising function, or served one from a placement agent or fund administrator, and you know what good delivery looks like from the inside.
Beyond mandate delivery, you'll help grow the firm, taking part in business development, from initial client conversations through to signed mandates.
The job in two bullets...
- Own end-to-end delivery of the investor relations mandate for a portfolio of GP clients — client-facing from day one: across LP meetings, fundraising materials, reporting cycles, DDQs, and data rooms, directing the Analyst supporting you.
- Take part in business development for the firm: meeting prospective GP clients, shaping proposals, and helping bring in new mandates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What the role looks like day to day…
This is a highly varied role spanning full mandate ownership and firm-level growth. As well as the client delivery responsibilities below, you'll represent Goldarch directly to GP clients and their investors, and work alongside the founder on new client development.
Client mandate ownership and delivery
- Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of GP clients, running their investor relations function day to day.
- Lead LP reporting cycles, fundraising narrative and materials, data room management, and DDQ responses.
- Direct and review the work of the Analyst supporting your mandates, ensuring quality and turnaround.
LP relationships and investor meetings
- Attend and lead client LP meetings from day one, building deep knowledge of each client's investor base.
- Own the client relationship: flag risks early, and spot expansion opportunities within existing mandates.
Fundraising and data room support
- Oversee preparation of fundraising materials: DDQs, presentations, investor documents — for your clients.
- Oversee data room administration and readiness through live client fundraises.
- Keep client roadshows running end-to-end: logistics, scheduling, the many moving parts of a live raise.
