About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial payroll leader to establish and grow Payroll, Namos' Oracle Payroll Bureau and Managed Payroll Services business.

This is a unique opportunity to build a strategic new service line from the ground up, shaping our payroll proposition, developing high-performing teams, and creating a market-leading Oracle Payroll Bureau service across the UK and Ireland.

Working closely with the COO and wider leadership team, you will drive growth, operational excellence and client success, creating a recurring revenue business that becomes a key pillar of Namos' future success.

This role owns the strategy, growth, profitability and operational performance of the payroll bureau business. The successful candidate will establish eNsure Payroll as a market-leading Oracle Payroll Bureau offering, delivering exceptional managed payroll services across the UK and Ireland.

The role combines commercial leadership, service delivery excellence, business development and operational management. This is a leadership role requiring an individual who has experience operating within a payroll bureau, managed payroll service or outsourced business process environment and who can establish and grow a profitable service line.

Why this role matters

This role is more than leading a payroll operation. It is about creating and scaling a strategic growth business within Namos. The VP of eNsure Payroll Bureau will build a market-leading Oracle Payroll Bureau service capable of becoming one of the company’s largest recurring revenue streams and a key differentiator in the Oracle ecosystem.

About You

You are an experienced payroll bureau or managed services leader who has successfully scaled payroll operations while maintaining exceptional client service and commercial performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
