Product Design Leadership Role

Product Design has been instrumental in Betty's growth, helping us build a product that has scaled rapidly over the last few years.

As Betty has evolved, our platform has become broader, more complex and increasingly native-first. The design framework, systems and principles that got us here have served us well, but we're now beginning to feel constrained by them rather than enabled. Incremental improvements are no longer enough. To unlock the next phase of growth, we need to rethink the foundations of our product experience.

We're looking for a design leader who can bring fresh eyes to our product, challenge long-held assumptions, and redefine our design language, interaction patterns and operating model. Someone who can evolve our design system into a platform that enables the next generation of Betty.

This is a Group-level leadership role for someone who combines exceptional product thinking, design craft and organisational leadership to build category-defining mobile experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
