Head of Product Marketing | AI / B2B SaaS
Location: London | Work Model: Hybrid
Salary: £150k–£180k + equity
I’m working with one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI businesses to hire a Head of Product Marketing as they enter a major new phase of growth.
Having built a market-leading core product, the business is now expanding into a broader portfolio of AI products and needs someone to lead how that portfolio is positioned, launched, and taken to market.
This is a senior, strategic but very hands-on Product Marketing role. You’ll lead an established PMM team while owning the overarching product narrative and working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning positioning and messaging across a multi-product portfolio
- Developing the overarching product and company narrative
- Working closely with Product and Engineering from product development through to launch
- Leading major product launches and GTM strategy
- Translating complex technology into compelling enterprise propositions
- Developing competitive and customer insight
- Enabling Sales to successfully take new products into enterprise customers
- Leading and developing an established Product Marketing team
- Exploring how AI and automation can fundamentally improve the PMM function

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The AI piece is particularly important. This isn't about simply using ChatGPT for content. We're looking for someone who is actively exploring things like agents, automation, and new AI-powered workflows and has opinions on how AI will change Product Marketing.
The business is primarily looking for someone based in or around London. It's hybrid without a rigid weekly office schedule, but you'll need to be comfortable spending meaningful time with the leadership team in person.
