Your New Role

Responsibilities

The VP of Revenue Operations is responsible for building and leading the unified commercial operating engine of Digital Science. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations and serving as the primary operational partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Segment leaders, and commercial leadership, this role drives revenue velocity through three core mandates:

  • Business Process Ownership: optimising the customer lead-to-renewal lifecycle
  • Data Ownership and Integrity: ensuring indisputable pipeline data quality, pricebook integrity, and accurate sales forecasting
  • Technical & Systems Ownership: managing, integrating, and automating the commercial technology stack.

Please note - due to business need, we can only accept applications from candidates who reside in the UK, where we have an established legal entity. If you apply from outside of this area, your application will not be considered.

For this role, we’d specifically need someone based in or close to London.

Please be aware that we may close this position early if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply promptly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Process Ownership & Commercial Enablement

  • End-to-End Lead-to-Renewal Workflows: Own, standardise and optimise commercial business processes across the full customer lifecycle: from lead capture to order fulfillment, renewal management, and churn prevention.
  • Commercial Leadership Alignment: Partner directly with the CRO, and Segment leaders to translate overarching commercial strategies into actionable operational workflows and enablement playbooks.
  • Project Delivery Collaboration & GTM Rollouts: Partner closely with the VP of Business Operations regarding the operational execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, new product releases, and cross-functional system launches.
  • GTM Project Delivery: Ensure RevOps project dependencies, technical readiness, commercial enablement workflows, and change management plans are seamlessly integrated into wider company project roadmaps.
  • BAU Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day operational support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, including Doc Del - fulfillment, RFP Process Improvements, Customer Operations Process Improvements, Renewal Process Improvements, Legal Contract Reviews and Reseller Reporting.
  • Frictionless Buying Experience: Continuously identify and eliminate operational friction in customer-facing processes, making it as seamless as possible for clients to buy from and renew with Digital Science.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
