What You'll Get
- £120,000–£140,000 base salary, with some flexibility for the right person

What You'll Do
Reporting into the CRO, you'll lead and scale a sales organisation spanning both enterprise and mid-market sales teams, as the business builds out a significantly bigger go-to-market function and launches into the US market.
- Own the performance, coaching and development of enterprise and mid-market sales leaders and their teams
- Instil rigorous MEDDICC discipline and command of the message across the sales organisation
- Partner closely with the CRO and wider leadership team on GTM strategy, forecasting and hiring
- Build scalable process and infrastructure to support a team growing fast, including expansion into the US
- Act as a senior voice feeding market intelligence into commercial messaging and product direction

What You'll Need
- Proven experience leading both enterprise and mid-market/commercial sales teams
- A background in tech, technical or regulated sectors — SaaS, cybersecurity, GRC or similar
- Ideally, experience leading a sales team through a comparable stage of growth (strong stage-fit)
- Expert-level MEDDICC practitioner with genuine command of the message
- A track record of building and scaling high-performing go-to-market teams
- London-based and happy in the office 3 days per week
- Excited by the challenge of building a true high-growth tech company from a senior leadership seat
