Purpose of Position
To develop relationships with potential Owners and influencers to sell the NetJets product. Supports and maintain relationships with existing Owners to cultivate those relationships for retention, renewal and referral opportunities. In addition, performance is also measured against a quota for existing business sales, which includes card and share renewals, trades and add-on hours.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop and create new client relationships through process of prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
- Helps develop the NetJets brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
- To establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network.
- To retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
- Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, and other systems.
- Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.

- 10-15 years work-related experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Luxury customer facing role
- Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management
- An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services as well as those of NetJets’ competitors
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
- High Proficiency in MS Office
