Kurt Geiger’s Digital Team is a leading edge, multichannel, global, fully integrated function within the business. We have built an inclusive and diverse team that operates across 4 layers of the Business: Back End Systems and Engineering; Platforms; Marketing; Customer Service.
Our in-house team of over 100 Digital experts are augmented with expertise from partners across the globe to deliver the very best in Retail Technology with a firm eye on the future. Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for the successful delivery and operation of the organisation’s technology platforms and engineering capability. It ensures that technology programmes are executed effectively, engineering teams are high performing, and operational systems continue to meet business needs throughout a period of significant transformation.

The role provides leadership across software engineering, enterprise applications and major business systems, overseeing the transition from the current technology landscape to the organisation’s future operating model. It works closely with the SVP of Architecture, Data & AI to ensure all delivery aligns with approved technology strategy, architecture principles and transformation roadmaps.
Initially, the role will oversee IT Operations, ERP, Wholesale & Warehouse Systems, and Software Engineering. As organisational responsibilities transition to the parent company, the role will increasingly focus on two strategic delivery domains:
- ERP Transformation (Retail Express → Infor M3)
- Digital Engineering Transformation (Adobe Commerce → Shopify)
The role is deliberately focused on execution, delivery, operational excellence and engineering leadership rather than defining long-term technology strategy or enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the ERP transformation programme.
- Lead the delivery of the ecommerce platform transformation programme.
- Ensure operational stability of enterprise applications and engineering platforms.
- Ensure technology programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Manage relationships with strategic technology partners and implementation vendors.
- Deliver technology roadmaps in alignment with enterprise architecture and business priorities.
Decision Rights
- Authority over delivery planning, execution and resourcing.
- Ownership of ERP implementation delivery.
- Ownership of ecommerce platform migration delivery.
- Operational ownership of all enterprise systems.
- Responsibility for delivery budgets and programme execution.
