Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced VP Procurement Integration & Third Party Risk Management Lead to support the integration and alignment of a newly acquired entity within a leading Financial Services organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving supplier and contract integration activities, strengthening procurement governance and controls, enhancing Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, and supporting the development of a scalable target operating model. Working across Procurement, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier relationships, contractual obligations, and third-party risk arrangements are appropriately managed throughout the integration programme.

This position requires a hands-on procurement professional with deep Financial Services experience, strong supplier governance expertise, and the ability to deliver complex transformation and remediation initiatives in a regulated environment. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or large-scale change programmes would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration and alignment of procurement activities for a newly acquired entity, ensuring consistency with the wider organisation's procurement strategy, policies, and controls.
  • Conduct supplier and contract mapping exercises to establish visibility of third-party relationships, contractual obligations, risks, and dependencies.
  • Assess existing procurement and supplier management processes, identifying control gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, implement, and enhance procurement governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Drive Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring appropriate risk assessment, oversight, and governance frameworks are in place.
  • Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, governance reviews, remediation activities, and ongoing supplier lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Operational teams to ensure successful integration of suppliers and third-party arrangements.
  • Develop and implement target operating models across Procurement and Supplier Management functions.
  • Manage procurement-related remediation and control enhancement initiatives arising from audits, risk reviews, or integration assessments.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on procurement governance, supplier risk, outsourcing controls, and vendor management best practices.
  • Produce regular updates, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
  • Ensure procurement and third-party activities are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and organisational risk appetite.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen procurement efficiency, governance, and supplier performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
