VP of Product & Engineering | BreezeMove

Help Build the Future of Home Moving

The UK property transaction process is broken. It's fragmented, slow and still relies on endless manual chasing between estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and buyers.

At BreezeMove, we're changing that. Over the last three years we've orchestrated more than £500 million of property transactions, helped reduce completion times by up to 40%, significantly reduced transaction failures and launched Opus—our AI-powered transaction platform that's transforming how property professionals manage transactions.

Now we're entering our next phase of growth. We're looking for a VP of Product & Engineering to help shape not only what we build, but how the business scales.

This isn't just an engineering leadership role.

We're not looking for someone who simply manages developers. We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder. Someone who understands that the best technology isn't the most complex—it's the technology that creates the biggest commercial advantage for customers.

You'll work directly alongside our Founder & CEO, helping shape product strategy, engineering, AI, enterprise growth and the future direction of the business. You'll influence everything from roadmap prioritisation and customer experience to fundraising, enterprise partnerships and scaling our engineering capability.

What You'll Own

Product Strategy

  • Define and evolve the product vision for Opus.
  • Prioritise the roadmap based on customer impact and commercial value.
  • Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements.
  • Lead rapid product iteration and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities where AI and automation can unlock competitive advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Excellent commercial awareness.
  • Experience with AI, automation and workflow platforms.
