Job Description

The Opportunity

At Flywire, we're seeking a Vice President, Product Payments Experience & Customer Loyalty to define and lead the end-to-end payer experience across our global payments platform.

Reporting directly to the Chief Payments Officer, this executive leader will own every customer-facing payment experience, from checkout through payment confirmation, while building Flywire's long-term payer loyalty strategy. This role is responsible for increasing payment conversion, improving customer satisfaction, reducing friction, and creating experiences that encourage millions of global payers to choose Flywire again and again.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced product executive who combines deep payments expertise with world-class consumer product leadership and has a passion for building elegant, scalable, AI-enabled payment experiences.

What You'll Do

Own the Global Payer Experience

  • Define the vision and strategy for every payer-facing payment experience across Flywire.
  • Own Hosted Payment Pages, Checkout, payment flows, translations, notifications, email communications, and overall UX.
  • Establish global quality standards and ensure consistent experiences across all products and regions.
  • Improve payment completion, conversion, and customer satisfaction through continuous optimization.
  • Lead localization strategies across highly regulated global markets including India, China, and other complex regions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
