An overview of the role:
We are looking for a Vice President, Programme Leadership and Transformation, from a consulting background, to join our Programme and Change capability within the Workforce and Organisation (W&O) practice. You will work with the team to set the strategy, methods and market proposition for how we help clients plan, govern and deliver their most complex, highest-value programmes — spanning Consulting, Technology and Digital, and increasingly powered by agentic AI.
The work:
No matter the project or client, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. It's really rewarding. And it's also really varied. As a Vice President, you'll shape the portfolio, set the standard for how it's delivered, and be the senior figure clients turn to — from framing the work through to delivering it.
Collaboration and Innovation:
We really believe in creating a partnership with our clients. Using our Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) and our growing suite of AI-powered assets and agentic delivery accelerators, you'll get to know the customer's needs and challenges, demo innovative solutions and quickly solve problems. It'll help you discover unexpected answers together — and shape how AI gets embedded into the way we lead and deliver programmes more broadly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why this role?
Leading the W&O Programme capability means owning how we advise on the most significant business and organisational change our clients face, using — and evolving — our leading practice methods, tools and techniques. You'll make change stick, ensuring sustainable benefits are realised, through your personal impact with senior stakeholders and your leadership of the wider capability.

Why you?
As a Vice President, you'll lead a team of agile problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their most complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Client shaping and commercials: work directly with clients to frame scope and approach, set commercial and pricing strategy, and lead negotiation.
- Delivery: build and hold lasting relationships at CxO and Board level, identifying and shaping clients' key issues into opportunities. Shape and personally lead delivery of our largest, most complex transformation programmes, setting the standard for how AI-enabled and traditional delivery combine to accelerate outcomes.
- Revenue generation: drawing on the firm's relationships, brand and your own network, you'll be accountable for generating in the region of £5–8m+ of consulting revenue.
- Brand and market eminence: be a visible leader in the Consulting and industry community — speaking at conferences, authoring thought leadership on programme leadership and AI in delivery, and chairing multi-client round tables.
