Who we are
Venatus is the gaming advertising specialist. We connect brands with audiences In the Zone and grow the value of those audiences for the publishers that built them. We operate at the intersection of content, mindset, and commercial impact, turning gaming attention into measurable outcomes for brands and sustainable revenue for publishers.
Recognizable brands like EA, Miniclip, Scopely, and Rovio come to us for campaigns that work. Around 900 run through us directly each year, built by our in-house creative team and sold across both direct and programmatic channels. Many of our publisher partners have been with us for more than a decade.
This is an exciting moment for Venatus. Our acquisition by MediaScale Capital Limited will broaden what we can offer publishers and advertisers alike, adding data and identity tools, technology and infrastructure to the audience expertise we are built on.
London is our HQ, with regional teams in Amsterdam, Chicago, LA, New York, Sydney, Seoul, and Manila.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking an exceptional, multi-disciplinary leader to run the operational and commercial engine of our supply-side ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Publisher Growth & Commercial Operations will lead the supply-side strategy and monetisation operations of the business.

Your focus is to align these functions into a seamless, high-performing machine that scales our publisher footprint, maximizes yield, and protects and grows margins across our ad stack. By collaborating closely with regional Ad Sales leaders, you will ensure our global demand-side sales engine is backed by premium, highly optimized inventory and world-class delivery infrastructure to drive overall company growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
