The Role

Lead execution across buy-side and sell-side M&A, take-privates, defence assignments, and platform transactions in the real estate sector

  • Own valuation and financial analysis workstreams, including NAV, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analysis
  • Manage day-to-day client dialogue and act as the primary point of contact for advisers and counterparties
  • Take responsibility for pitch and marketing materials, supporting origination alongside senior bankers
  • Staff, mentor, and review the work of Analysts and Associates

Requirements

  • Current VP (or Associate on an imminent promotion track) at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier advisory house
  • Prior Real Estate M&A experience is required; coverage of listed REITs, logistics, residential, self-storage, or living sectors is advantageous
  • Demonstrable ownership of live execution rather than support-only involvement
  • Excellent modelling and technical capability across public and private M&A analysis
  • Strong academics and the right to work in the UK
  • European language skills are a plus
